At Amy Plano The PCOS Dietitian, we are excited to offer both in-person (in Orange, CT) and virtual telehealth visits. Both types of visits can be billed to insurance.
We do require you to personally verify your nutrition benefits PRIOR to your visits. All the information for exactly how to do this can be found on my insurance page HERE.
Failure to verify your insurance benefits will result in your being charged in full for the visit. The cost of the initial visit is $180.00 and last 60 minutes. While each follow-up is $80 and lasts about 30 minutes. As always please contact us below if you have any questions.
